When I was a little girl I weighed 200 pounds.  My father told me I was fat and ugly.  That no one loves a fat girl.  His wife, my stepmother told me I was a waste of sperm.  That I should have never been born.  She said she hated me.  Hmmmmmmm.....

As you set your intentions on life, the more things show up, the more the internal heat rises. It is the internal fire that burns out old habits and belief systems and leaves room for a new life to appear.

I would like to share with you an email I sent to a not so gentlemanly gentleman who was interested in dating me, or so I thought.

How many of you are waging a war against father time?  Spending lots of money on creams and lotions….using the latest and greatest techniques at your esthetician? Doing everything possible to ward off the dreaded lines and wrinkles...I had 2 second degree burns on my face as a child.  One from swimming in the ocean for 5 hours without a sunscreen and the other from looking into a sunlamp for an hour.  I have a lot of sun damage and am working overtime to not only correct the damage but prevent any further damage.

Today I chose to walk on the other side of the causeway for my walk, as I had decided to do something different every day in order to break patterns.

I had a vision. I was at the edge of a cliff and a voice spoke to me: "Step out."  I  said, "There is nothing there and I will fall to my death".  And the voice said again.."STEP OUT, TAKE A STEP.  IT IS ALL ABOUT FAITH".   Well, I didn't do it.  

I used to think I was all that in my spirituality.  I walked around professing how conscious and aware I was.  I trained and learned with some of the greatest spiritual leaders and minds in the world, did the work, I took all the right classes:    reike, holotropic breathwork, rolfing, massage, network chiropractic, traditional chiropractic, past life regression, Transcendental Meditation, radionics, cleanses, detoxes, colonics, church, homeopathy, naturopathy, every retreat you could imagine.
