• 1 quart Unsweetened cranberry juice (Unsweetened because it will have no corn syrup, sugar or added juices)
• 1 cup Orange juice
• 1 cup Lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon Ginger
• ½ teaspoon Nutmeg


Pour pure cranberry juice, lemon juice and orange juice in pot and simmer. Add cinnamon, ground ginger and nutmeg in it. If you want a less spicy version of the juice, make a tea bag out of these spices and put it in cranberry water. Stir it for a few minutes and your juice is ready! Drink hot or cold.


2. #1 Super Juice-Super beet juice

 

If you’re wondering what makes beet juice “super”, your answer is coming right your way! It’s like a nutritious bomb that explodes in your body and leaves long lasting effects- good ones though! It’s highly recommended for your 3 day detox diet. Make sure you’ve these ingredients:

• 1 medium sized cucumber
• 1 medium sized red beet
• ¼ purple cabbage
• ½ red pepper
• A handful parsley
• 4 stalks of asparagus
• 2 stalks of kale
• 2 stalks of celery
• Peeled ginger chunk
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 small lemon


You’re done with hard work here! Just wash, then juice these ingredients in a juicer.


3. Flat belly water

• 1 gallon of water
• Lemon juice
• Freshly grated ginger
• 1 cup cranberry juice
• 1 medium sized cucumber
• 15-20 mint leaves


Mix these ingredients and let them steep for a night. Drink.


4. Miraculous Soup
 
• 1 big organic leek
• 1 pound fresh potatoes
• 1 ½ pounds tomatoes
• 1 large onion
• 1 medium celery knob
• 1 parsley root

Eggs are excellent source of protein and that’s why they make the best breakfast! I first tried this diet plan as a teenager and never regretted it (shhhh, please don't tell my Mom!).

Grapefruit can make a good partner with eggs. WebMd endorses that grapefruit works.  Out of all these 3 day diet plans, I strongly recommend this one.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner:

2-4 hardboiled eggs
1 grapefruit
1 gallon of water daily
