Want an easy way to get rid of bra bulge? C'mon ladies, you know what I'm talking about?! You know that little (or big!) roll that spills over your bra strap in the back. To target this area specifically, do bent-over rolls. Here’s what you do.
• Hold a dumbbell in your right hand.
• Stand next to a chair.
• Put your left hand and knee on the seat and extend your right arm to the floor. Be sure to bend the elbow at to your side, then slowly bring the weight up to your chest.
• Do 15 reps, then switch to your left side.
