Here’s a sleep hack for Daylight Savings Time, which by the way is this upcoming weekend on Sunday, March 12th. This is when we spring forward, and “lose an hour of sleep”.
To get ahead of the sleep you’ll lose, wake up 15 minutes earlier the next few days. That way, when we turn the clocks back on Saturday night/Sunday morning, you won’t be as affected by the time difference and loss of the hour. If you're not an early riser, consider applying the same strategy to going to bed each night 15 minutes earlier leading up to the time change.
