Healthy Shamrock Smoothie

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day today, I can’t think of anything better than to start the day with a healthy “green-colored” smoothie. How about it we call it a Healthy Shamrock Smoothie? Here are the ingredients for this delicious, healthy, colorful shake. 1 ripe banana frozen 1 cup milk (low fat, almond, or soy) ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain) ½ cup spinach ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon mint extract Ice cubes - adjust according to how icy you like it. Add stevia or honey if you want extra sweetness Bonus Ingredients: (Tried and tested!) 1.5oz Vodka 1oz Chocolate Liqueur
