5 Ways to eliminate the nighttime snack attack (otherwise known as the "Midnight Munchies")?

1. Take a warm bath.
2. Have some  protein (like yogurt, nuts or Triple K) instead of calorie laden potato chips or ice cream.
3. Change the television channel  when food commercials come on.
4. Eat a good, well-balanced breakfast every day.
5. Have sex. (The added bonuses: you’ll burn calories AND roll over and go to sleep!)
