Eating mindlessly

Do you eat mindlessly? I know I do at times. When I do, I eat more calories than I wanted to — or should! So, here are 4 ways to stop mindless eating that I’ve put into practice! 1. Turn off the TV while eating. 2. Chew your food well. 3. Focus on savoring the textures and flavors of each bite of food. 4. Use smaller plates and tall, thin glasses.
