Lower temperatures are used in the process which can help to make the ice cream rich and creamy! Plus helps to cut the fat! Dryers or Edy’s (depending upon where you live in the nation) is a good choice. They also have a lighter version of this low calorie treat where they use a combo of nonfat milk and milk to get the rich creamy taste.
