Looking for an exercise to reduce a turkey neck? Here is one to try!
Lie on your bed and hang your head off the edge. Lift your head up slowly until your neck in line with your torso. Hold this pose for 10 seconds. Next, lift your head up slowly until it is lined up with your torso. Again hold for 10 seconds. Slowly lower your head back towards the floor. Repeat two times while resting for 10 seconds in between repetitions.
