Place 1/1/2 cups melon cubes or chunks of pulp in a blender with ½ cup water.
Add 1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice. Blend till smooth.
Pour mixture into ice pop molds or ice cube trays.
Freeze 24 hours.
Remove and place in freezer bags to save.
