Give yourself something to look forward to in your workouts. What I use when I lack the drive to get off my butt and move my body is to listen to audio-books while I workout! This way, you’ll be basically "forced" to work out the next day in order to see how the story is unfolding.
Be sure to pick a suspense, mystery, or thriller story to keep you intrigued.
