As long as you incorporate your BBF foods into your meals and snacks, you’ll start seeing changes in days. Many notice results within 10 days, and clinical studies show cellular turnover happens between 28–58 days — which is why I give you a full 60 days to experience the transformation.

Now, I do need you to actually do the program. If you buy it and never open the lessons, skip weeks, don’t eat the foods, or don’t take your before/after photo, I can’t help you get results. This only works when you work it.
